Buy a Mathews....lol just kidding! I would say the best add on is a string suppressor that mounts behind your stabilizer and has a rubber pad that cushions the string.
A good stabilizer, string stop, limb dampers and string suppressors like monkey tails or whiskers would all work well
Heavier arrows is the best way. You could also reach out to KTEC and add their products. They are awesome!!
I agree a heavier arrow is good, other then that it depends how you are set up already It might be as simple as a couple bowjax, I added a string stop on my Switchback a few years back and it was very noticeably quieter. CG
Old school whiskers are still the most effective string silencers in my opinion. 2 of those on the string itself with 2 monkey tails on the cables.. you'll be golden...along with a string stop.
bow jax, stabilizer, heavier arrow, string stop, monkey tails, i have it all on my bow and it is whisper quiet
i agree heavier arrow all the way. Went i got my bow it was loud. I went to heavier arrows and 125 gr head... made a world of difference
Lower your poundage. It's the speed and power that's making all the noise. Know that's not what you want to hear. Just messing with you.
Was it? Why would you tell that to somebody who is asking for advice? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk www.skyangler.com
Because its a public forum and that's what people do sometimes. I guess I could have used an "lol" but that's been deemed
Guess I should have inserted some sort of sarcasm sign. Tfox is good at catching things like that and so are others. He corrected me and I replied. It's not as if he was going out tomorrow to shoot a deer.
