Just to clarify, you are talking about the second buck = doe rule that was not changed and not the end date of the contest?
I pray this isn't just you upholding your captain role then back to being gone bud, either way missed ya round here.
I Would say that extending it would be fine. BUt I also feel that if a team memeber has suddenly just posted a buck from oct or novemeber that it should'nt count just seems fishy to me that it was never posted until the end. I wouldnt want to be you in this game Fitz
I hear ya on this Michael...this is a very good thing to possibly put to a vote or discussion by Fitz and others before next year's competition. Make some kind of rule that you have like two weeks to have your harvests up and posted to count...again we'd have to take people for their word harvest wise but it would cut out the two month ago stuff (no clue if this is happening or not).
Not to get off topic, but all situations where a buck has been entered late, I've been able to go back in the team threads and find posts about them being harvested on the indicated dates.
Glad to hear it Fitz! I didn't know but thought maybe a safe guard would be a good thing, sounds like it may not be needed though! You do a ton of work Fitz, and good work!
