Alright I'm wondering what your guys thoughts are on this and if you recomend a different site. Do you guys like 1 pin or multi? And is a sight worth spending $100 on and if not what should I spend it on? Thanks, I just need to make up my mind.

I have been using it for 2 years now. After you get used to it it's hard to look at a multi pin sight again. I think it's great.

I just picked up the OL-5519, you can turn the brightness down on that one. You can find the OL-5019 for under $90.00 online with free shipping.

Ok thanks for the responses, so what are some features on the HHA OL-5019 that you guys like. Can you buy a light and put it on? If so how much is that? And do the fiber optics lights adjust?

I have different HHA and love it, the single pin is nice in most instances because you don't end up mixing up pins in the heat of the moment. There are also downsides to a single pin it really just boils down to what your personal preference is.

You can buy a light for the sight but in my case there is absolutely no need, the optics are bright and I can usually see my pin well after effective/legal shooting light has passed.

I'm a huge fan of single pin sights, and the HHA in particular. I have the 5519. I'm not terribly familiar with the 5019, but mine has a hood that can be moved to cover some of the wrapped fiber if the pin is too bright. I don't use that very often, that's why I got the .019 and not the .029. Yes there is a light that can be put on these sights, but they are specific to the HHA. It'll cost about 30 bucks.

My biggest reason for using a single pin is simplicity. Today's bows are so fast the pins are just too close together. I get all confused over which pin to use and my sight picture is all cluttered with pins. Don't like it. For hunting, I keep my pin set at 25 yards. I'm 1.5" high at 20 yards and 1.5" low at 30 yards. Easy as pie. Hold center mass and let er eat.

I have two HHA sights on my bows. One is a 5519 slider and the other is the brushfire. I do the same as above and keep it at 25 and aim low or high depending on yardage. I also found that I had a 5 pin sight and there wasn't much pin gap so it got blurry especially with my eyes the way they are now.

Thats a good sight for the money, sturdy and bright, works very well. You should be happy with it.

I have been looking at the Same Sites and I am going to purchase the (HHA OL-5019), I like the Idea of a Singal Pin, you can Increase the Brightness with the rheostat dial, These newer Bow are so fast and shoot so Flat. Plus Iam in my 50's now and my eyes are getting worse, and I still only wear Glasses to read. I am going to shop around and find 1 under 100.00.

If you get the 5019, you might need to buy the light, which is about $30.00. You shouldn't need a light on the 5519 ( mine is plenty bright well after dusk.) Get the 5519, you can always turn it down.

Ok which ever one I go with, will they have a tape for me for sure? I'm at 45 lbs and only 25" DL.

Don't use those tapes. Use one of the blank and mark your own yardage.
