I will be checking my camera at least 2 more times before my season starts on the 29th of Sept. every other Sunday I pray that there is a biggin on on it and it has not happened yet but I have seen him with in 20 feet of my camera but hes is like a ghost.

Thanks GC, if the others approve then we can start using it. If not she can try again)). On another note, I just finished going through 863 pics from two different cameras. I got a few doinker bucks but no shooters showing up yet. I had the cameras up in the normal doe travel routes to see if any of the larger bucks were using them. I actually was being a little lazy and did not want to drudge through the swamp area to put a camera up. Well, today I bit the bullet and drudged my self back there and set a camera up 50 yards from my southern swamp stand. Big tracks back there so we shall see what shows up. Dave
Sorry for the delayed check in , been REALLY busy, Going up tomorrow to set blinds etc etc. Very excited for Oct 1. Well bio: I am 23 years old. I have been shooting a bow since I was 6 and just began hunting last year. I am very excited to be participating in this contests. Last year I bagged a decent 6pointer but I have learned a lot and think I can do better. Only thing I am unsure of is the scoring? How is it done. Help a noob out!
Very nice avatar! I only have does on my cameras but have a ton of 5 inch buck tracks goin past the stand without a camera. So I changed the camera. As for the cell number thing, I'd be up to it. If ya want mine pm me.

Here is a new deer from this year, one we have never seen before. Meet Sputnig, not a monster but will probably be shot if he walks with in range. The whole crew went dry this past year and didnt shoot one buck. We set the bar around 145 last year and never had an encounter with a buck of that size. Doesn't look like this deer will quite make that, but we put him on the hitlist anyways.

He just doesn't grow them. This will be the third year we have known him and he hasnt grown them yet. We were hoping out of some miracle that he would grow them this year. If he doesnt have them, he's a gonner. If he does, he may get one more year.
