hey fellas, hows it going? Used to post a ton on HNI, but got burnt out and quit posting at all, then found out that place has went down the tubes. Glad I found where most of the old timers went to!
Yeah, alot of the old HNI guys (and gals) came over this way. Glad to see you finally made it over as well.
Hey Josh, I think we were on a couple of teams together in the contests over at the old site. A bunch of the old crew is here and some good new guys as well. Welcome aboard...or back...or, uh...whatever.
I wasn't a member there and honestly know nothing about it but, welcome to bowhunting.com. If you are anything like the other guys on here I am sure it will be a pleasure. I know the first two rules are don't talk about HNI but, out of curriosity could someone give me a little history lesson on it? I see referances to it here and there on threads and am just currios. PM me so it doesn't ruin this thread or anyones day from the way it sounds.
HuntingNet or HNI, was a hunting forum that Todd and Justin owned and ran before creating BH.com. They built it up and it was a great site. Then an opportunity came for them to sell it, which they did. After that they built this site and a lot of the membership came with them. I'm not going to say anything negative about HNI, because that's just not cool, but what I will say is the steam and momentum Justin and Todd were able to build when BH.com opened with guys eager to follow them is a testament to how they run a site and of the strength of the members here. There are a lot of good guys and gals here that came over and that seems to be the foundation for which they are able to build their sites from. History lesson over.
Blast from the past! Glad to see you finally found the site and must in time to get in the contest. Sent from my T8788 using Board Express
