I seem to never get pictures of bucks on my cameras until mid October. Where are you placing your cameras?? I get a lot of does, and usually big does with fawns this time of year.
I use good travel routes. I have been keeping a mineral site going for several years and from about April until the end of July, they hammer it. After that I switch them to the entrances and exits to crop fields. Hope this helps. Blessings.....Pastorjim
Same here because the bucks in my area stay in the corn rather than use the edge of the river where I hunt due to no big clump of woods. It is all good they will be by sooner or later.
study topo maps of your area and look for the path of least resistance, find some trails and set up the cams, i'm just starting to see some younger bucks now, just keep looking.
Mine were located on major trails going through about a 100 apple trees. In the last month, have around 6,000 buck pics off two cams. about 35 different bucks.
