Still snowing A 45 min 2 lane on states expressway 390 N. traffic jam , 10 ft at a time movement. Well car was fine until....I finally got to an exit. I look down and check engine light is on. I then hit gas to get to exit. Holy hell! The car is ROARING, muffler is suddenly shot. Still 30+ mins. from home.

TICKS!!!!!!!! First attached this season, boys had gotten caked in mud on thier run. I had to bend over them in tub while hosing them off. One of them had a hitch hiker They are medicated and it got on me at shirt line . Attached under bra line. My waist down had been sprayed.

I love dogs, today I kicked the piss out of a pitbull mastiff. I got home let the dogs out and went to the bathroom, I come out and I hear this terrible growl yelp, I ran out and my dog Tug is down and the the neighbors dog is on his throat. I kicked a couple times and the dog will not let go, I started punching the dog in the face aiming for the nose. He dropped Tug I punched that dog square in the nose and then kicked the dog a few more times and NFL punter would have admired how hard I was punting that dog. Dog went home yelping and bleeding neighbor has not come over.
A bad situation I hope your pups OK. Fastest way to get a dog ,locked jaw, off is to snatch it back by grabbing up a fist of flesh just behind the ears. Then jam your other cuped hand into it's throat under it's jaw. Wrap your fingers around its esophagus and squeeze. It will release. Some dogs you'd have to kick half to death to get a release, by then they'd have gotten a chance to shake their head killing it's victim or ripping out your flesh. PS on a attack on you. Literally feed it your weakest fore arm so you can immediately jam your strongest hand into its throat to squeeze like your life depened on it. .sounds counter productive ,but locked on your arm it isn't able to get you off your feet as easy and on your throat and face. Yep, I have the scars on my arm to prove that.
My hell week this week, every year we host people from around the country to train how to keep leachate collection systems in landfills running properly. I am the host, logistics and BBQ master. I stay in the city rather than driving home because I have to do dinner with 40 people every night as well and pick up the check. FML this week.
