Happy thanksgiving everyone! I am truly thankful for each and every one of you!

I ended up getting the warmer First Lite gear today. Will not freeze during late season anymore.

One of the nicer 10s I’ve had on camera all year was taken by the neighbor yesterday. Super deserving guy. Doesn’t gun hunt and is big into letting them grow.

I'm up on my parents place. Looking for a wide 8 that hangs around and hoping he comes up this ridge tonight. Good luck!

This wind is a bit iffy. Hopefully the thermals are reliable

I had the solitude before they put windstopper in it and had to go with the sanctuary 2.0 as it had the windstopper at the time - extremely warm. the sanctuary paired with the furnace layer is very nice.

On the way home from Thanksgiving dinner most of the fields we passed had does in them. Good luck out there. I’ll be out for coyote or bear tomorrow since I’m out of tags until late season. Needs lots of luck tomorrow

I think I should be fine with the Solitude with wind stopper and my base layers. Everything I saw about sanctuary is that it was sometimes too warm and you need to pack it in to the stand.

Closing time and no deer came by me. Saw some chasing off in the distance and that was it. Headed up the hill for turkey and whatnot.

Heading to ND next Monday-Friday to try and fill the tag I have burning in my pocket. I’m not going to be picky.

oh yeah, the windstopper is key for me. If my older Solitude had the windstopper, I dont think I would have gone with the Sanc 2.0. I def got too warm walking to the stand. Nice stuff with the windstopper, nonetheless!
