I'm glad that I'm not the only one dealing with well below normal temps! Calling for a low of 7 with wind at 15.

Got a guy clashing his plastic antlers together, grunting and raking leaves about 100 yards away. Sounds like someone watches too much YouTube. Oh the joys of public!

Had a guy last year in Ohio walk in at daylight and climb a cherry tree 75yds from me, once settled he rattled every 20 mins for 1 hr. I got down couldn’t take it.

Had 3 does and a fawn come busting in, mill around for a few minutes and then circle back where they came from.

    No buck

I've been out with my rifle since getting back from NJ. Got cold today so I drove home at about 330. Warmed up on the way back. Grabbed my bow and I'm in a tree for the last 45min. Sitting on a clover and turnip plot. Lots of tracks. 8pt or bust. 16688919995847855817683242762451.jpg Let's goooooo!

Just had a 4pt with a busted up front leg or shoulder come from behind the blind. Wasn't expecting anything to come from that direction so I didn't have the side window open to finish him off. I thought it was squirrels when I first heard him he was making alot of noise dragging his front leg. There was a shot about 5 minutes before he got here but nobody tracking.

Just passed a doe at 13 yards. She had a big puffy eye and something green all plastered on one side of her neck. She looked a little rough, so I passed. About 15 minutes of light left.

Maybe we can hook up and figure this thing out. Who knows, maybe find some good public. Maybe get real lucky and find some private property. Definitely like to nab a few hogs!!!!!

Son had a friend down at camp he could have shot a big 8 that was bigger than a ten at his place. Didn't so son could have a crack at it. True friend right there. 8 is big but not near the 10 that hopefully is still on the hoof. Son still there trying..hubby home sick. .
