You guys have what you need to keep it going thats for sure.

I'm sure whatever footage he has will provide more evidence than two pictures with your bow ever could.

Oh for sure they will. Looking forward to it.

As for the contest crazy early, but watch the year we finally get a gross boon down a different team will pile up the deer and win...part of the cool part of the contest. Here's to it coming down to the wire again maybe!

Yeah last year it did come down to the wire. It's funny me and Johnny Miller were on the same team last year and didn't lose to you guys by much. This year we are on the same team again and starting off pretty good but there is a lot of season left. A lot of other teams to watch out for too.

Oh goodness yes. Folks get too wrapped up in early leads. Lot of deer to be stacked and a team puts down ten slicks is a massive swing up. We still have a lot of members with buck tags burning our pockets as well and we aren't even two weeks from Halloween left....I've been on teams where we only added 100 more points from now to the end.....and then other times over 1,000 points.

Got my first mule deer tonight! Didn’t even realize we had them in NC! Just a doe, but damn if she wasn’t built like a brick ****house - probably 250lb dressed. Damn near threw my back out dragging her out. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen. Heard a bunch of noise in the bushes and a whole bunch of snapping branches. Too many to be squirrels so I knew a big old herd of deer was about to walk out but when they finally appeared out of the brush it was a herd of goats and sheep with a lone mule deer bringing up the rear. She gave me a broadside at 30yds and I sent it. She didn’t even go 10 feet.

Looks like a huge bear but I don’t know enough about them to judge. It would interesting to see a pic where the guy isn’t standing 4-5 feet behind it though.
