Friendly Reminder: The price of glory: The loser has to hunt one sit wearing pink panties on the outside of their camo and post a pic for all to see in the Live From the Stand thread. This sit must last a minimum of three hours, posted in LFTS. No running out to a stand on a tree in the back yard for a quick picture. This applies to both the loser of the bet and the potential redemption. If you do a morning hunt, you must stay on stand a minimum of three hours from legal light, time posted either here or in LFTS. If an afternoon hunt, you must be on stand a minimum of three hours before end of legal shooting light. The hunt may end early if you are successful in taking a deer. Same standard will apply to @LittleChief should it need to happen.
Had this guy give me a 19-yard broadside shot tonight and I just couldn't release the arrow. He is a tank, has a cow's body that might be pushing 350. lol. In reality he probably scores better then I think he does but just couldn't fill my buck tag so early this year. this is from heckler, from his team page i dont see any PINK UNDIES PIC , that he sat with them on this hunt did he break the rules of the PINK challenge?
No, no rules were broken that I know of. He only has to announce when he’s going to do the PINK hunt in advance. If I were in his position I’d be waiting until the odds were better myself.
Technically speaking, no, a rules violation has not occurred. The rules do not specify that it has to be the first hunt. There may have been a comment a couple posts back by me that said "first hunt." But, after rereading the rules and the PM conversations that outlined the rules, a first hunt requirement is not officially necessary. There is a requirement of posting the Pink Panties hunt in LFTS. But, other hunts do not have to be. @LittleChief had 120 hours to win. I can cut @Heckler some slack for this. He probably should make good on it sooner rather than later to avoid any appearance of being a squelcher. However, that was a golden opportunity missed to redeem the bet. Had it been me, with something like that patterned on trail camera, I would have taken my chances.
Now, if we make it all the way through the rut without a panty hunt, I wouldn't blame you for bringing the pitch fork back out.
Jeeeeze guys, don't get your pink panties in a knot. They will come out just as soon as I know I have the best shot at the redemption clause. It took him what like 60 hours to win the bet? I think I have hunted a total of 6 hours since my season opened in mid September so far. I think I hunted in total about 6 hours the season before when I filled my buck tag. I assure you whatever happens you will get to see me in pink, if that is what you are into. lol
