I don't think he should be in prison for the hash oil, I think he should be in prison for his horrendous tattoo choices.

He has 2 great defenses- ineffective advice of counsel judicial bias this was the judge: You think there is any possibility she(?) would put aside her(?) bias? Proveably not so, as she decided on her own to dismiss the jury, declare him guilty by writ herself, then turn the penalty phase over to the jury. Blatant violation of his constitutional rights to due process. He did not request a bench trial. Also, you seem to be celebrating the penalization of free speech because some people got their feelings hurt. Think about that for a bit. Lastly, Alex Jones is never wrong. Well, except this one time, but he gets a pass from me because of all the other times he has been right.

Indiana Legislature Becomes First Nationwide to Ban Abortions After Supreme Court Overturns Roe the Indiana legislature has become the first in the nation to pass an abortion ban after the Supreme Court overturned Roe. The measure now goes to Republican Gov. Eric Holcomb, who has not indicated whether he will sign it. Earlier today, the Indiana state House approved a bill to ban most abortions and tonight the state Senate voted to confirm the changes to the initial bill. House members advanced the abortion ban on a 62-38 vote after confirming the law would allow exceptions for rape, incest and to protect the life of the mother. It also allows abortions if the baby has a condition not compatible with life. Abortion in cases of rape or incest can only be done in the first 10 weeks. The bill does not affect birth control or treatment for ectopic pregnancies.
