Took the dogs out the side door because I did not want them barking at the neighbors party. Went down by the wood line and there was a wood chuck, had to call the dogs and promise them treat to go back to the house. Went back out with the judge and it was gone. Dang it I would looking forward to some gunplay.
Just found out my son was at the ball game today too, except he was with vendors in the Delta club section, lucky SOB.
uummmm barking dogs might disturb the partying neighbor's but a gun being shot won't. I listen to the wife's house mutt barking because the neighbor's dog is barking. That doesn't bother me and I don't give it a thought. A gun shot or two close on the other hand, that gets my attention. In your defense though, I've been known to shoot a few skunks in town. But everyone knows it usually is me and it is one less skunk to worry about. The always ask if I got it the next time they see me.
Said it before, say it again- the 4.0 straight 6 is a marvel machine. Just a dream to work on. Like fun to work on, because it happens so rarely but when it does it just makes sense and is so easy.
Lol ....if I jumped at every gun shot near me.... I'd look like a Mexican jumping bean every day.....
I wouldn't call the process of repairs to be enjoyable. But, it is satisfying when the work is done and I know I saved myself a ton of money doing it myself. Biggest challenge I have is deciding the project will take so long that the time away from my wife and kids may not be worth it.

OMG! I just googled it...how dumb. FUBAR is and understandable thing. Soup sandwich no. "Brings to mind soup being poured over bread?!" Must be my age because first thing that came to my mind is dunking toasted cheese into tomatoes soup...lol
If you actually tried to make a “soup sandwich” it would be an absolute mess and it just wouldn’t work. That’s the whole idea.
