I say next time the Republicans control all 3 aspects of government, President, House and Senate, they introduce a media tax stamp. Similar to a tax stamp gun owners, where legal, need to have to own a silencer. If the media wants to be heard, rather than silenced, they need to pay their tax stamp fees and go through the appropriate hurdles and wait time to be approved for such. They can still excercise their free speech/freedom of the press, they just can't use radio or television to express it until approved. Why should they argue? The 2nd Amendment clearly states shall not be infringed, where it clearly has been. Show me that stated language in the first, I'll wait.
