Shappell Jet Sled XL. Used it a few times now. Not sure I will ever use a deer cart again! That and it has so many more uses!

Not sure, but I’ll let you know.
Ordered a Spot Hogg Fast Eddie MRT 3 pin sight.
Never shot a adjustable sight. Seven pins are getting cluttered in my sight picture. Start with 3D and maybe try it for hunting.

Last week I ordered a couple of cable aiders of the climbing sticks, stealth strips, and some Sterling TRC rope to redo the distel hitch knots on my tethers.

A minus 33 Kobuk expedition weight turtle neck with thumb-hole sleeves. This is added to my growing stock of minus 33 items. If you have never owned any of this stuff, you don't know what you are missing. It is so warm and like butter next to your skin.

Picked up a QAD rest to go on the Double XL. Want this thing ready to sight in by Tuesday.

Lately I've been buying drips synthetic scents and foggers.
With hubby getting Me a fantastic hang on, though way too big..the platform is 2/3 as tall as me and has a full sized chair like seat...weighs 19#'s....He doesn't hunt the way I do. So that stand will have to stay in place and I need a portable ladder. I bought hawk helium. Yes I went cheap and got the three 30" 3 dbl. Step one's. The weight listed was less than the 4 pk. Of 20" ones also they seem to stick farther out from the tree. I can go with just two sticks and attached aiders. I may ask for the hawk platform for my birthday I want to practice with the sticks a bit first to see how I like them before asking for the plat form

Just got home from the Iowa Deer classic in Des Moines. Saw and bought what I hope and think is the most awesome thing for hanging and adjusting hang on tree stands. Crazy name, they call it The Tree Hugger Bracket, their slogan is "Every Hunter Wants to Stand on a Tree Hugger". It is super lightweight all aluminum, they claim it will hold up to 2800 lbs. The bracket that goes on the tree is about 2 1/2 pounds and the part that goes on my stand is less than that. They had a display there that showed a leaning tree and the bracket made the stand seat and platform level. It looked super simple and tight. I'll give a review after I hang it. Their website is treehuggerbracket.com

So I had a small issue with the hawk helium sticks... missing a part. Now I called their # and there was a bit of a problem that made zero sense. So I asked for a manager. That got the issue immediately fixed. Now I have to say the fix made zero sense BUT I'm very pleased they went beyond to remedy it. Kudos to them.

I have used that release for five years now. Make sure you tinker with the set screw that controls the trigger pull. I have found that it comes from the factory as maximum pull. It can be turned down quite a bit for a smoother break.

Good to know. Haven't messed with it yet. Tried it last Saturday. Think I may keep it.

Just ordered a Bitzenburger fletching jig with a straight clamp. I prefer offset fletching rather than helical, so the straight should be all I need. Got a bag of white and a bag of green Fusion xii 3" vanes on the way too. Wanted a bit shorter profile of vane (I have 2" Rapt-x right now, over a 1/2" tall), but went with 3" to hopefully ensure a 3 fletch will steer fixed BH's. I've been wanting to try some AAE Max Stealths, will probably pick up some of those too.
Looking forward to experimenting with different vanes.

Picked up a Carter Wise Choice.
Got it adjusted to suit me and I like it so far. There’s a mechanical clicking when it goes off that’s going to take some getting used to.

Lucky stops for my Solution ordered and received. My factory stops have grooves in them already, way too soft of a material. The Lucky Stops do make some noise when the string hits them, they will need some mole skin before hunting season.
Also changed the setup on my Hamskea Trinity. Mine had the spring setup with the tension bracket and oring. I ordered the rubber dampener and tear drop lever arm. Put them on and just used a Prusik knot instead of the o-ring and bracket. Like this setup much better. The rubber dampener settled down the noise during the shot quite a bit too, spring was a bit noisy.

Yep. I'm about to make a post on this. Did the exact same thing with my Hunter Pro. Very happy with it.

Just purchased today, a Bowtech SR 350/ MO Country/60-70 lb/RH ... damn smooth shooting bow in comfort mode .. performance mode is a challenge.. I tried the Revolt X and the Revolt XL along with the SR 350 .... settled on the SR350 .. I spent an hour shooting them thru a chrono, different draw lengths, draw weights, 432 gr arrow ......the SR 350 won ... now to set it up ...
