Holy crap! Our area is anywhere from 3 to 12. But being along part of Lake Michigan, i'd say 6 inches for us. Then late in the week 50. You guys down south, keep your heads down! Tornadoes in Dec?!? WTF!!!
Favorite Halloween was the 1992 blizzard. My dad, brother and I had been out pheasant hunting (me carrying my BB gun) earlier before the storm hit. That year I called an audible on whatever my costume was supposed to be and trick or treated as a hunter with two fresh killed roosters in my orange vest! Tail feathers prominently sticking out for display purposes! Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
Well I'm up and getting ready heading out in an hour to the wma. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
4am and it's already near 60 degrees. Ready for some cold weather. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
A bit early heading in with rifle this morning. Thick fog and little sleep, I think Im gonna head in the woods and catch an hr or two nap. I kinda feel like I have 0 hope of seeing deer this am and **** signal, I may move midday to check out another area.
Just had to take my jacket off due to how warm it is. Sitting on stand in the middle of December with no jacket, and mosquitoes buzzing around me. This is a first for me. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
It’s been a minute since I’ve been in the stand. It’s been windy and unseasonably warm this week but temps in the low 30’s this morning. Standards are lowering a bit as we get into mid December… Good luck AM shift. This thread needs some blood spilled today!!
Better signal than I thought. Sounded like a bunch of deer move through an hr before Sunrise... This wind needs to start blowing in a constant direction... Please!
I've seen nothing so far. It's pretty warm said we were supposed to hit 71 today. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
always loved that scene. Underrated movie. Very cheesy but still holds a place in the heart of my youth. might have something to do with what's under the sleeping bag, too.
be careful out there boys and girls, FoxNews headline banner says over 50 confirmed dead from the tornados, possibly into the 100s... ain't a deer in the world worth your lives.
Storms over. The deer aren't going to kill themselves. Make sure your trees attached to your stands are safe though. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
dude, you do realize there's United States east and south of the Great Lakes, right? (current US radar, 0830 CST)
Side lined again...high winds and driving rains. Cleared up for an hour but trees still rocking. Warm 50's.tomorrow is the last gun chance till ML/Bow.
