All I have to do is go to Kentucky. That'll do it.

My evening hunt got foiled. Farmer has the cows in the corner of the field I was going to hunt. I moved to the top of the field he says occasionally the deer come out from the pines behind me. I do have a great view though. So I'll just sit back and enjoy. 1637009674267.jpeg

That fawn ended up being a spike. 3 times he went by me. Tough to keep passing up great shots. Come back in 2 years. 20211115_160304.jpg 20211115_160304.jpg 20211115_160304.jpg 20211115_160304.jpg

Big boy just flew 3 yrds past old reliable at warp speed. Right into swamp. Threw the kitchen sink at him but he was moving too fast. I can't be upset. He would have winded me and we just had a white out 5 mins. Ago. He's still alive and moving. No one bow hunts that property.

Chief I’m glad to hear your feeling a little better. Had me worried. Hard to keep a Vet down.

Agreed!! Good to hear you're on the mend @LittleChief ! It's not the same for me being on the stand watching squirrels get it on, and you not out slaying the deer population!

Finally have a VT shooter on camera. Gonna have to spend the next 30 days until season ends sitting in the blind , watching the Turnip/Sugar Beat plot.

Big white sweeping main beams. He was walking right on the side of the ridge at a quick walk. Man that was fun.

I got the green light for tomorrow to head to Ohio. Dealing with a south wind which doesn’t fit to where I have my cams and wanted to hunt, soooo I’m going in deep to a saddle, one side is pine tree and scrub brush the other is oaks. Gonna be hunting the pine tree side, in years past they used it to cruise. Drag will all be downhill so doe or buck Tom!
