Just had small buck work the scrape, didn't even hear him come in to it. Damn wind swirled and he caught a whiff amd wemt on alert. Didn't snort or blow luckily. Just darted into the woods.

Dumped a bottle of Code Red Estrus in it coming in. He was nose down in that scrape. Need a big one to do that now

Just rattled in a nice little basket 9. Hunting this thicket I can’t see very far - he wasn’t far away and came in charging. I had to swing into action because I didn’t know what he was…

    Good luck guys! Keep grinding!

Chance I might get out this evening, depending on work. Got invite last night to hunt/shoot a doe on new property. Out of buck tags, so only way to keep hunting is go after the does.

There's an east wind a-blowin. I'm hoping it has the same effect on the deer that a snow prediction of 2 inches has on bread and milk sales. You northern boys will know what I mean

Always be in the stand before a big front is my motto.

I’ve been in for 45 minutes. Just now shooting light. Had a few move through in the dark.

Beautiful morning to be in the woods. 50 degrees hardly any wind... Perfect day to kill!

After sending last I grunted and rattled in a young 6.. then after wiping my nose I felt something staring at me. Turned my head as far as I could and there's a doe. She and 5 other skirted around behind me. Never snorted. I'm shaking so bad,3 layers, worried about hyperthermia. Getting down to warm up in car. Have to drive to camp anyways great morning so far.
    Coldest stand I have.

Ok im in a buddy stand we call the pine stand. Its in a pinch between a lake and ag field. Ive been burned here a couple times they cruise through here and usually a doe will come and a grinting buck behind her. 3 times its happened to me all nice bucks. The one i shot in his tail Lol. I mean actual tail not rear end. You have to be on it here so phone is going away.

My uncles buddy took his girlfriend hunting. They saw a big buck so she took a shot with the crossbow. Her thumb was above the rail!!! I feel so bad for her.
