Yes I did. It just seemed I couldn't get it quite right. Another issue I had could have been my fault, which was no kneepads. I tried to sit and relax but the tree was rough on my knees. Also I was having some low back pain with it

Jim do you have the back support that tether sells? That might help some. I really like my saddle.

Jim it takes a little getting used to. If your tree has a lean one way or the other you may have to adjust tether to one side or other of the tree etc. it really does take alot of time in it to learn how to adjust it. Ive set up in some trees and its like wow. This works. And others it takes me a bit to get it adjusted right. They really do serve their purpose for lightweight running and gunning. A stand is way more comfy if you have a place to have permanent sets

I can't tell if his left side has a brow or not, I'm confident his right side has 6.

I'd arrow him all day every day, but have never seen a deer on stand that I have a trail cam of.

Had the cam set to video because If I arroqed something wanted it to be in front of the cam. Resolution sucks though.

No deer for me, but at last light I shot a big, blonde coyote. Shot was back, big blood at impact. I tracked decent blood for an hour. You would have to see where this thing ran to believe it, holy crap I’m exhausted!
Never found the bastard. I may have had this one mounted, what a beauty

What I wouldn’t give to spend another morning in the goose blind with my dad. Sounds like you have your priorities straight! Who knows, maybe the buck of a lifetime will give you a nice 20 yard broad side shot tomorrow morning

shoot me a PM about your back. I bet I can help. You can ask @virginiashadow if you want a reference. Personally, I find a saddle way easier on my back than sitting in hang on or climber.

Amazing how quickly a place can be wrecked. Mature deer don't tolerate human interference, especially around bedding areas.

I found out who it is. I've called him 3 times and left a message. A CO can quickly be called to resolve if he won't talk to me.
