Apparently 600 flights have been canceled due to “weather”, rumors are a bunch of ATC and employees walked off in protest of vaccine mandates. Trying to find credible info.

Also, reporter Leyland Vittert (formerly of FoxNews) has confirmed it was due to a combo walkoff (not sure if coordinated) between Southwest pilots and ATCs. Both against the mandates. ...and I first heard about it from other people 'in the know'.
oh, and that 1000+ cancellations was just Southwest. Many many more with other airlines as well. Southwest just called them 'weather' to get out of refunding tickets; they were hardest hit b/c it was their pilots calling in as they are currently in contract negotiations with the union. SW then implemented an internal mandate policy where the deadline is before the contract is up. In essence, they are in violation of the CBA. Not to mention, neither OSHA nor any other regulatory agency has actually issued any said mandate (only DOD and Executive branch employees are so far subject to the Executive Order.) There is no real private sector mandate as of yet. The *dministration just keeps talking like there is as propoganda and to continue create the perception of a mandate without exposing themselves to the inevitable lawsuits
somebody has to file that OSHA suit and there would be a rebuttal suit- the people with the shots transmit the disease as much or more than the untreated. That's a known scientific fact at this point. So in reality, the people without shots who know that and keep coming to work despite that fact are doing so with implied informed consent.
so, looks like the ATC and the pilots were/are in coordination as there are another 1000+ flights canceled today that's not my personal screen grab, BTW but I do trust the source.

already happening, and not just with businesses either. Municipal services and healthcare workers. LAFD just filed a monster lawsuit. My BiL is part of it. LA County Sherriff flat out told Newsome to pound sand, he's not enforcing it on his Department. There will probably be hundreds of LAPD officers switch over to the County. Even DeBlasio is scared of the NYPD and won't commit to enforcing it.
This issue is where Republicans and old school real liberals should unite. Distrust of the government and the desire to take less from people through lower taxes.
