Finally made it home. All the luggage intact and accounted for. Have a goat to cut up and maybe trip to the taxidermist.
Seriously thinking about buying a place in BC and a move.

Awesome recap Jimmy, and a great goat and adventure! Sounds like you got the full experience. It’s a dream hunt for me no doubt!

Good read. Congrats on the hunt. They sure do like it steep where they live.

one day I will. Got to get these boys raised and self sufficient, single fatherhood is a daily grind so even my little Saturday bow hunts for deer seem like an adventure.

I hear you there. It never gets old for me, even a simple hunt at home still gets me excited too.

You know, every time to go someplace and experience new places to bowhunt I think back to being a kid living in NYC reading bow hunter magazine and dreaming about far off places with my bow in hand. I hope I never loose that feeling

I know that feeling and i am still looking at magazines and doing just that at 46 yrs old! Hell I don't even have to hunt, I just want to see those places. On a teacher's salary, it would be a huge undertaking at this time in my life. But, one day in the near future I will
