I look back over the years at some of the bucks I've taken and often wonder what they would have been if I gave them another year or 2, but I really don't regret taking any of them cause at that particular time it was the right thing to do for me.
That's what the neighbor kid (he is in his 20s) told me when I told him we should let him walk this year. He wasn't having any part of it so I beat him to it... The deer was a day walker and was going to get killed for sure. Just as well be me. No regrets!!! :p
