Hey guys needing a little advise. I have been shooting mechanicals for many years now but this year I think I want to give fixed heads a go. My current quiver is a Bohning quiver and holds my mechanicals fine because the don't take up much space but I don't think I will be able to fit fixed heads in it without the blades either hitting the inside of the hood or one set of blades hitting the blades of the head next them. I am trying to see if anyone can recommend a good quiver that will have room in the hood for fixed heads. Thanks in advance!
I went against the grain and ordered a kwikee kwiver. Couldn’t justify the money for a tight spot when I just take it off in the tree
I have a G5 that holds my fixed heads really well. Do have to pay attention to orientation when putting them into the hood. As long as it grips the arrow shaft tightly the heads don't move and get dulled by contacting each other or the hood.
For some odd reason I have always been particular to Alpine quivers. I've tried a few others in the past but always go back to the Alpine. Currently using the Alpine Power Loc 4 arrow.
