Bass pro sells wax. I have the bohning wax it works pretty well. its fairly cheap too and most if not all archery shops sell string wax.
Looks like imma be replacing strings in next week or 2 as well. Better to let a shop pick a set out, or buy set and bring it in?

I second the Catfish custom strings. I got a full year on them and no problems. The price was also some what cheaper then the larger companies. Just might be a wait this time of year with seasons starting soon. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I used to have custom string ready to go as soon a my née bows arrived, however now factory strings on most, not all, bows are greatly improved. I pretty much shoot the factory string for my first tune and set up, sometime up to a year before I either dump the bow or order a new set. With today’s materials there is no reason that the avg bow hunter can’t get 3 years from a set of correctly built strings .
Do you know if Second to None is still doing business? I tried contacting them and got no response and their last Instagram post is from 2019.
Shop I am going to tomorrow builds their own custom strings from 22 strands of high quality BCY 452X strings and BCY 3D for serving. This pretty standard for Bow strings? The shop is owned and ran by 2 guys that have competed internationally and have won various big tournaments. Scott Hamlin and Bridger Deaton. Hoping they are as reputable as I am being led to believe.
