    Looks good but I do not eat seafood that requires disassembly I will not eat like a raccoon.

    Completely different I am not eating the venison as it is trimmed at the dinner table.

    Skinned, deboned, remove silver skin... Takes prep... I don't see much difference in skinning / fileting or shelling shellfish. Ymmv

    Sitting at the dinner table cracking shells to scrape the meat out is different than processing a deer.

    I think I've easily eaten my body weight in cucumber and red onion salad this summer. My cravings for it has been intense this year.
