Sold a roof to an old Marine DI, pretty sure I damn near gave it to him for free and I owe home 50 push ups.

    My local Kroger affiliate store:

    20210615_191851.jpg

There are $100 bottles of single malt on the opposite shelf that they don't feel the need to keep secure.
My rant- Looks like not that many people around here getting "Paid That Hennessy Money"...or Courvoisier Money...much less Martel Money.

We live in a sad, sad state of affairs.

Here we go again! Guarantee if it hasn't, it's coming your way. The tax assessor sent out letters. She's about to do another assessment. Right in an over inflated housing market that is ripe for a collapse within the next year. The timing does not surprise me. I'm loaded for bear after the last BS assessment that I won on appeal. Well semi won ,would have fully won had hubby not fought me on going to the county and fighting the town with them.. but still lowered over 50,000, should have been 65.000. Hit them in a unsustainable bloated market before it collapses. Easy to over assess harder to get it lowered, something they count on.

Good for you, Bob. They're a special kind of marine. And the impact they've made on guys like me lasts a lifetime, all in a positive way. I can say without hesitation that those hardazzes changed my life for the better.

He was a hardazz at first but you sell on honestly and focus on quality, guys like that fall into line bc they recognize a good thing when they see it. Did spot the brim and asked if he ever broke it out to go yell at trees, he turned red laughing. He still has that horse raspy voice.

We need rain so incredibly bad. My lawn is dry and completely brown. Water restrictions in place.

    The farmers need it.

    Give us rain, lord!

^^^ He's right. I just had 57 rain drops hit my place. First rain in 21 days ( If you can call it that ).

    We Need More!

PS - I think it rained just enough to spot up my truck because I washed it yesterday. Maybe I'll go wash all of our vehicles and leave them sit outside.

This whole Juneteenth BS, I am not against the holiday but the ultra woke who say the date is not factual, just take the day to celebrate how about not committing violent crimes against your brothers on that day.

    Our city just did that.
Total BS to do this right at the peak of an unsustainable housing market.
I'm sure they'll immediately reassess when it crashes...:lmao2:
