Covid is a hoax according to you, I am trying to figure out how all these people died from a hoax. Now if you wanna state COVID was overhyped and/or handled terribly by Federal/State and local governments I'll get on board. DeSantis in Florida was smart enough not to put Covid paitences in Nursey homes, why would he enact such an order if COVID was a hoax? If the US would have not shut down a year ago and we did the status quo how many people would have died? It's easy to armchair QB, hell I have and am still doing it.
I'm left wondering how many people would still be alive today, how many businesses would still have their doors open, how low would the unemployment rate be, who would be the president today if China and Fauci told the world the minute it escaped their lab? Could you imagine the difference having travel restrictions and quarantining possible exposures up to 4 months earlier would have made? It could have been contained and kept in Wuhan and likely had made only a few headlines.
Covid was politicized and used to manipulate there is no doubt, just look at the hypocritical politicians that broke their own covid rules. There was funding tied to positive cases, do you really trust the medical field when it comes to profits?

I don't believe for one minute that the actual true number of people that died from covid is as reported. As soon as federal money was made available if a death was related to covid, well that's when honest/true accuracy went out the window. (what Sota was getting at) Heck, even here in po-dunk small town Idaho I know a person who for sure died of cancer but their death was listed as covid. Stage 5, went into the hospital at the very end for comfort care, supposedly caught covid while there...officially listed as died from covid. It is purely a greed thing, ties in nicely for the ones who were looking to "never let a good crises go to waste". I'm betting this was very rampant across the entire country because, you know, greed. While I myself actually caught it and had pretty strong flu like symptoms I also don't know a single person that had it, or have heard anyone else say they know someone who had it, that actually even had to go to the hospital for it let alone died from it. Yes it's a real illness, but it isn't near the big bad boogeyman that it has been made out to be. Perhaps I'm wrong, but that's the way it strikes me right now with the info that I think I know.
IL's Helath Dept. Director or whatever her title is admitted during a presser that a person who had tested positive for Covid died, it was listed as a Covid death even if other factors were the actual cause of death.
