Btw, my dad called from the road last night on his way to the canceled Veterans rally. His group is about 120 strong today and should make DC for the Biden canceled Veterans rally around 7pm tonight. I've been doing so well for 6 weeks on my better eating thing. I lost it today. Ate about 2000 calories of Oreos! Biden made me do it.

Back in the '80s, we had a bodybuilder in the local gym who was cutting weight for an upcoming event. He totally lost his control one day and begged his buddy to pull over at the 7-11. He went in and bought a bag of double stuff oreos and a half gallon of milk and pounded both items in five minutes flat. His buddy started scolding him, etc, etc, so he did the only thing a self-respecting (!) competitive body-builder could do...

You guessed it...he went to the outdoor trash can and "purged" himself of his diet violation.

So...you have options if the Oreo binge is bothering your conscience. LOL.
