You are going to want to look for used loaded bows. Just remember you will need arrows, camo and a release as well. I see you were interested in another thread. That's the style you wanna look for.
For under 400$ you can buy crossbows' that will work fine, ill share a link of a list with features of crossbows that are under 400$. link:http://www.thebowgear.com/best-crossbow-under-400/
I got this (currently at 189.99 USD). Is it good?, well that is relative. It is good enough for a beginner that is willing to read and see many videos and rather not spend a lot not knowing if he will like archery or not. Nothing in this kit is top notch. But its good enough complete beginner like me. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B097T98N58/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I bought it five months ago (aprox.) And I have learned a lot since then. Would I buy it again with what I have learned so far? Yes. Will I ever win gold medal with it? Not even bronze. Has it been without its flaws? No, but most flaws have been mine (e.g. that have hurt my arrows's fletching by over penetration) are mine. Some things have failed, like the peep sight tube has failed several times at the union with the sight, but that seems to be a common thing with overly stretchy tubes, I bought new tubing the two months ago, but I have yet to installed it as the original still goes strong after reattaching. The sticker with the brand name fell, I don't care. Raiser, limbs, cables, etc. all has worked without flaw. I may buy a better bow someday but not anytime soon, this one is still very fun to shoot. Is it good for you? That is for you to decide.
Thank you for the review, I have never heard of that brand. Glad it's shooting well for you. Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk
