I feel like this is a trap....Still not a FIB.

I won't be happy about anything he's a part of unless it's steel bracelets and an orange jumpsuit.

Saw on the MN DNR's eagle cam that they first egg of the season has been laid. I am going to have to talk a walk to see if the eagles are in the nest on the other side of the lake. Who am I kidding I am going to drive.

Watched an eagle go back and forth carrying branches and sticks, so they are fixing up the nest.

Tell you what go to Paul and Kathy's and buy a top sirloin steak season it and marinate over night. Grill it up and it is better than any steakhouse steak you can get anywhere. So damn good and it only cost $11.oo

For as much as Oklahoma can sometimes get on my nerves... -11° last Tuesday, 68° forecasted high tomorrow. 60° right now with two more appointments and then headed home to shoot the recurve. I cannot remember looking so forward to shooting in awhile.

I cook the bacon 80% then let it cool enough to wrap them proceed as usual. For jalapeno poppers at least

I've never had wild turkey (not to be confused with Wild Turkey) but even storebought turkey breasts wrapped in bacon is delicious.

Wifes team just finished up their conference schedule last night. Set school records in conference wins by a 60% improvement and took out the conference number 1 by almost 20 pts last night. Only two recruiting classes in the books and her team has improved from winning only 10% of conference games to nearly 70% this year. What a year.

Youngest daughters soccer team is playing in a big east coast tournament this weekend. Her health continues to be an issue but she pushes forward like a bad A. Asks for extra soccer training and actually asks me to put her through sprint workouts.....what 12 year does that?! As a result of her health her playing time rapidly reduced last year...on a high end travel team. Just the way it is. Well this year she has started to grow and get stronger....and all her hard work through adversity is starting to pay off with extra playing time. Yesterday they were down 1 to 0 to some good team out of NY. She played really well in the 1st half but the coach didn't play her at all in the second half. I was bummed. She got in the last 5 minutes of the game and went to work. Got a ball, made a move, and put a cross on a laser to the forward. Bam bam goal with 2 minutes left in game! Even though they only tied (which is huge for this tourney), the play nearly made her old dad break down.
