Seriously. How long can these Governors executive orders keep having power? I'm convinced the state congressmenowomen don't want to bear any responsibility for covid so they just sit there passively instead of pressing the issue of unbridled power of the Governors. It is mind boggling. We didn't elect Kings.
It's not a way to run government. Executive orders weren't intended to be used that way. Also, joe biden has already signed 25 Executive orders in his first week. Authoritarian regimes.
Here in IL the Governors "Emergency Powers" last until he says they do not. He extends them by executive order bestowed upon him by his own powers granted to him by the legislature who serves him. It's all a catch 22, powerless imbeciles garnering their power from weak minded constituents.
