Has anyone else dumped google, fb, twatter and found better platforms? I just got rid of fb and google. Mewe seems fun, but I'm sure that will be gone soon like parler. No matter which side you are on, this stuff should concern everyone.

I just read an article that the Communist News Network is pressuring cable and satellite companies to blacklist networks like OAN & Newsmax. What's next, mind control?

 

Well I'm ahead of the game...knew they'd be a problem from the get go and.....never joined ANY of them.

 

Duck duck go as a search engine seems ok... Kinda a moot point of you're running Android though.

Parler is trying to make a comeback. Gab is another social media platform. But I'll probably use GoWild a bit more for outdoorsy matters.

 

Dumped FB well over 5 years ago. But I do business with google and will continue to until it no longer makes me money.

Im seeing what else is out there. Rumble instead of youtube has been the hardest. Youtube is quite the monopoly. I hope rumble gets more content

 

Im using duck duck go on Brave. And am looking at Signal for messaging.

 

There is a Linux phone in the works but still has bugs. That will be interesting

 

Yeah I just dumped google and switched over to ddg. Gotta look into this linux stuff a little.
