Back to the work grind for me. Year end and month end stuff being worked on. Good Luck to all who are out. I'll be back at it Saturday.
Looks like I’ll be getting anywhere from 5-12 inches of snow on Wednesday through Thursday morning, told my manager I think I’ll be sick on Thursday! He said good luck! Can’t wait to bowhunt in the snow it’s been awhile!
I have 20ft quick stick climbing sticks. Base of hang on stand is at top of that. I'm 6'1", so shooting at 24/25' off ground Sent from my SM-G965U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Pouring rain and the temperature is dropping. It's supposed to stop around 4 this afternoon. Think I will go sit in the rain for a few hours and wait for this rain to stop. This is going to be really good or completely horrible. Let's go find out! I will update once I get in. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Wow! You're a better man than I. That is one cold a$$ rain today, dress accordingly!!! Are you going to the spot where that herd of does came through?
Good luck too you. I'm not sure at this stage of the game if I'd go sit in a cold rain. You're a better man than I. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
Right on! It isn't that often when we can hunt with snow conditions around these parts. Enjoy yourself.
Yup! I'm going to get that big doe that picked me off the other night. She has a all white leg, easy to spot. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I'm up. Just about 60 yards away from where I sat on friday. This spot is were both groups of deer walked thru. I could smell deer when I walked in, so I know they are in here. I will have to be very lucky if they walk past me. It's so thick in here, I can't shot past 10 yards in most places. They can walk any trail and just don't have many clear shots. I hope they move before dark. Once again only tiny trees, so I'm only about 12 feet up. Up close and personal tonight Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Rain stopped and the sun is trying to pop out! Let the fun begin! 1 hour 20 minutes til dark Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Yes sir. If I would have brought my compound, that doe would have been dead friday night. I keep a 15 yard limit on my self with this thing. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Just heard a deer coughing about 50 yards away. I heard one of the deer doing it the other night also as it ran past me. Same noise. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Just had 2 does come flying in. One went right by and the other locked up at 20 yards down wind. She knew I was in here. She slowly walked a cirlce around me. About 50 yards down the ridge I could hear a few sticks breaking, so sounded like more deer moving thru. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
