From everything I can find it seems the quotes are totally false while the bill is real. The bills intention is that the home owner must be within their dwelling, if outside they mistmake an attempt to flee inside and not stand their ground over something like a yard decoration or probably political sign. I believe 100% that Trump won this election in a pretty big way. I believe that the “fix” was in from the get-go with the ballots and the machines to flip it to Biden. This is all about getting Trump out of their sandbox. Trump’s most prescient statement was when he uttered “They’re not after me, they’re after you, I’m just in the way.” And that’s exactly right.
