Not to bad so far, had a spike chasing a doe at 40yds, then a spike at 100yds walking the field edge and then a 7p walked up to about 40yds a stayed for 2-3 min and slowly walked back the way he came. Good luck everyone.

Short sit for me. I dressed like it was 60 out because I didn’t want to get to sweaty getting in. Well I achieved that but then got cold. Going out to breakfast then heading to a different spot with some warmer clothes. Didn’t see anything either.

Just finished getting sighted back in. Real happy with the new purchase. Keeping a nice one inch group out to 35 Yards. Plenty good enough. Will be leaving after I take the wife out for lunch. She was nice enough to be my arrow puller in the cold this morning so I'm treating her to lunch!

Should be sitting in the killing tree at the river lease by 1pm. Have a great wind for it and it's not been hunted in a couple weeks. I'll check in once I get settled.

Better every day, just sore. Been working everyday since the fall, but this past Monday kicked my butt, seemed like I ran all day long. My sciatic nerve will flare up time to time, and the bruising on my hip, back and leg is impressive to say the least? Lol. Climbing into my stand isn’t the problem, sitting there for a long period might be? Thanks for asking!

Typically, same for me. Not sure what was going on yesterday. That was crazy. I am in the same spot as yesterday and I have seen 3 so far. Still pretty good. Last year I probably saw 5 total for the year and didn’t kill a deer either.

4 doe just came by at about 85 yards out. They seemed to be on a mission but didn’t see a buck behind them.

The chasing is on!! I’ve got a nice 10p chasing a doe 100-150yds in front of me for at least the last 5 min. Another smaller buck is hanging around.

As much as my mind is telling me to go hunt and wish for a 2 to 3 break in the rain, it doesn't look good. All the radar maps from every website are showing increasingly worse storms hanging around for longer periods of time instead of breaking like they once thought. My old truck with 194k miles needs a tune up. Do that and then fling some arrows from 5 yds in the garage. LOL. Load up the kayak for tomorrow morning. Escape hunter pressure is my number one goal.

Sounds like a plan! I'm also waiting to see what this rain is going to do. I'd love to get in the woods today!
