If you don't mind me answering, I will tell you that mine is like a fleece material. No noise at all.

There are hundreds out there now, but this is the one I bought.

    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WKFGNGZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I don't find it noisy, but I wear it under my thermals so it keeps it tight to my body so the heating pads are pressed against my body.

The only problem is, once your core is warm, you realize your legs are cold..and will want to warm those as well!

Check this one out as well Joe. It looks interesting, and at a good price too.

Putting this here because you guys are out there....
Years ago I was circled by a pack of really large yotes....I was seriously made fun of when I posted about it on another site. " Coyotes dont do that! They don't get big "yada yada yada. BS!!!!
Sons friend was circled by a yipping pack in his stand last night. He shot one and the rest circled his stand yipping at him ,just out of range . They wouldn't leave and he had to get down knocked arrow in one hand and his hunting knife inthe other with the rest of pack circling him as he walked out. Do Not underestimate coyotes. They do pack up, they do hunt as a pack, they do get big, and they are no longer fearful of humans in certain areas.

That's a fear I have in the back of my mind. After seeing the recent mt. lion video posted everywhere it has got me thinking more. I go deep, large rocks, big hills, short cliff edges. It's even labeled "Cat Rocks" on the map. Not just a cute name I'd assume. I'd like to carry a small pistol, but it is Illegal to do so. My wife tells me it is better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6. However, I'm too much of a rule follower to do so yet. I know the chances of me being attacked are slim to none, but IDK....

I’ve been on stand since 40 minutes before daylight.

Just after daylight I watched a really nice buck go into the north edge of the wood patch about 200 yards away. That’s it for action so far.

I left my pack in the tree last night and woke up to rain. I got in my brother’s box blind this morning to stay dry.

Feels great to be back in a tree. Seen 5 so far, none close enough to launch. [IMG][IMG]

I have to tell you I had part of my finger bitten off by a dog and a hole put through my calf and arm, been hospitalized 3 x's with dog attacks. I honestly have less fear, fear but less , of a bear or even big cat than a pack of canine. It's a one on one situation your instincts can manage a response to...not an attack on many fronts.
