pfft, no I could see paying $8k for that. These asshats want 8k to do some light grading, backfilling, mulching and sodding appx 1/4 acre.
After that gets done, I have to layout a new deck and dig out 12 holes each 12" by 48" deep and pour concrete. Otherwise, my deck build will be going on next year at this time as the past 3 years we have had a very wet spring.
Can't wait to get back in the stand even if it is going to be "windy" for the next week. Deer have to eat sometime! Until then, I will have to be satisfied seeing someone else spill blood.
Yeah.. landscaping you say. This is a house we own and are planning to sell. We've had it rented for the last 7 years but the wifey thought it would sell better with a fully landscaped backyard. I went by this morning to check the progress. Why we are spending this much to sell it is beyond me and I've learned better than to ask.
Curb appeal. Sell a house 2 months faster save 2 months' worth of mortgage and property taxes. I get it but hate it at the same time. Back to the deer catching!
