I'm making it a point to let Captains or LC make the call this year. I've PM'ed many members throughout my participation in the contest and realized this year I've only been aiding the competition. Mostly letting them know they get 4 mass measurements and missed one or two or something to that effect, but just under the impression it's not my job to assist others. I do like the idea of PM's for call outs and not making it a public mockery though, doing it publicly never does anything but detract from the fun/entertainment of it all. With Jordan/Boonerville, I felt it enough to make a formal protest in the scorecard thread citing his entry and wrongdoings for a reason last year not to have his entries counted. I have no problem with such call outs when it is blatantly obvious.

I'm good with final score and yes if not entered they do not count. Yes this year is fubar So if tie total score of you and I buck and doe to buck and doe or any combination of that. I doubt my buck and doe score will beat your buck but I could get lucky.

There used to be a Scorecard Commentary Thread as a sticky in the contest forum. Last year that went away. With the recent flurry of normal comments in the Official Scorecard Thread I've been thinking about bringing it back but I hesitate to do so because of what you stated above. Mostly it was congratulatory comments or discussions about kills, but there was a fair amount of public calling out on perceived inflated scoring and other issues. I kind of want to bring it back, but like I said, I'm not sure I should. What do you all think about it?
I thought this was that thread meant to keep commenting out of that one. Either way, just like the sign up threads. Very few can actually follow directions so it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation anyway
