I saw two tonight, one was across the creek and the other came from behind and winded me. She blasted through my area so quick there was no shot.
No luck yesterday evening but DOE DOWN this morning! Just shot her at 40 yards. Watched her go down! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Leaving work early and Heading down 2hrs south to my cabin for the weekend hoping to get a freezer queen. Maybe get lucky and stick a good buck. Huge cold front coming through. Will be in the stand for the evening hunt today Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Here she is! Shot her at 40 yards. She only ran about 40 or 50 yards. Entering her in now! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Justin, please tell me you have a second pic that includes you, the deer and your bow to post on the scorecard thread.
I got the second pic and the post is updated! Sorry about that! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Hell yea way to go Justin! First points for us on the board! Had a busy, tiring ass couple weeks at work. Just finished up my on call week and rolled into the farm about 20 minutes ago. I'll be up and out before the sun hits the hills tomorrow morning, the sign is flipped so it's officially time to go! Gonna poke in light this weekend, got to work next week and then I'm off the following week for my first week of my 2020 hunt-cation. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

Live from the ground blind! Taking a chance on hitting this spot on my first sit. Hopefully I'll be watching my 10 pt walk into this clearing in about 2 hours but life rarely works that way lol. Good luck and safe hunting to all that are in the woods this morning! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Was the 5th car in the parking lot this morning, and got shined by a guy sitting right over the walking trail on my way in. Adjusted on the fly, and just settled in during the grey light. Good luck team!
Live from the stand now. Light rain, temperature dropping hoping the bucks are moving! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Well guys I drew blood last night around 5:45 on a decent buck. Came in from 180 yards out and stoped at 40 and busted me in the tree so for 12 minutes I was stuck holding my bow vertical while he tried to wind me and just stared at me. my forearm was on freaking fire after 5 minutes lol. He stood there stomping his foot lightly and finally took 1 more step and tickled his antlers on a shrub so I drew back and set my pin to 39 yards thinking he’d drop into the shot and let it fly. Sounded so weird like I completely missed him but he took off tail in between his legs for 60 yards then stopped and stood there for 3 min licking the wounds and flicking his tail before trotting off. I really was confused but when I finally got down I had a complete pass through with no guts at all and the blood trail was great... darker blood with bigger puddles of bright lung blood coming out the entry side of him. thinking I hit back and hit liver and clipped a lung judging from his reaction. Decided to back out all night and be safe because me not knowing for sure where I hit him and the way he ran and then stopped makes me think mostly liver. I’m gonna head in and try to find him at first light. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
