To my viking fan friends, I will not be making sport of you this season, I all too well know the feeling of watching it come apart under a coaching staff.

Maybe the Vikings and Lions could combine teams and perhaps win a game.

I like Zim I really do, the vikings defense is too talented to play like that.

I feel bad for Stafford too a squandered career and he tried to play with a broken back twice for that franchise.

Didn't see the impact, but that did not look good as they went to commercial. Looked like he was conscious but had no movement of his extremities.

    Hopefully just a severe stinger

After week one the NFL warned the coaches and personnel to wear masks on the sidelines or there would be repercussions. I noticed a lot of coaches yesterday not having masks covering their face. Tonight Payton doesn’t seem to be wearing one at all and Gruden has his down under his mouth. It will be interesting to see if NFL will hand out some fines this week!

It's like telling families that they have to wear masks while out in public together, even if they are alone, but do not have to at home. I could see if interacting with the refs or other team after the game, but makes no sense for one sideline to wear masks amongst themselves.

Agreed! So I just saw at halftime Shefter reported that Shanahan, Carrol and Fangio all fined $100,000 and each team also fined $250,000. Gruden, Payton and Raiders, Saints organizations can expect the same tomorrow.

    RIP Gale Sayers! NFL legend!

HOF player that had his career cut way too short due to injuries. I’ve heard him speak many times. Seemed like a real humble guy!

I just hope it’s as good a game I expect it to be.

Rodgers is always smiling and joking when playing. Just always having fun on the field. Love it.

That challenge on whether GB runner broke the plane needs some sort of official explanation.
He clearly stretched beyond the plane before his body was deemed down.

The exact same thing happened to Roethlisberger in the early games. He scrambled for the first down. He stretched the ball out beyond the line to gain and then stepped out of bounds. They spotted the ball at the point his foot went OB, not where the ball was at that time. Review upheld it.

Had that same thing happened and the ball touched the pylon it would have been 6 points rather than a first down.

    Something needs clarified
