Doing anything on the floor inside? We used cork tiles from lowes on my dads. Really quieted the blind down.
Looked at cork at home depot. Looks like the cheapest to cover my needs would be another $150 added to the investment.

1 week and a wake up! Well 2 for me as I wont be able to hunt Saturday. But Im going to hunt Sunday and I got permission from another neighbor to hunt his property. He said is planning on gun hunting only this year. Saw 2x 10 pointers and a few smaller 8s this morning. Jim is down at the cabin and setting up a few blinds. As soon as he walks away deer were back at the feeders. Also Im not sure what classifies as a "trophy" turkey. But there are several with beards dragging the ground.
So I took off this afternoon and got the ladder installed. Also got the indoor outdoor carpet for the sky box.
One more week till the opener. I got a couple pictures of what I think was that borderline shooter by the ground blind this morning. It was the first picture of him in a couple weeks. I'm sure the temperature drop helped with that. I'll be out this weekend getting some stuff done and pulling cards. It won't be long and we will be putting some more points on the board.
