Anyone got any graphic arts chops? We had a guy on the team last year who was a graphic designers who whipped up the team avatars for us.

Not that big a deal though. If no one objects I'll change out the thread title with the team name. If you've got a better idea feel free to shout it out - I have no ego regarding the name!

Potlatch is a Forestry company that owned thousands of acres in MN that just recently sold all their MN land to a Conservation Fund.

Went to pull a camera this morning and came across this little guy. Picture is fuzzy because I was a little shaky.

I’m getting the hunting itch this week with the nasty cold rainy weather we’ve had. I’m dying to get in a tree and on the river shooting ducks. Any other duck hunters in the group?

This was a real quick limit back in January. Teal season opens up in a couple of days. It's usually too darn hot here to even think about it and we don't usually have many in this area of Texas, but I might scout out a couple of tanks in the area and see if they are showing up due to the cold snap.

I’m hoping to get out this weekend if the weather cooperates for a goose hunt and a bonus teal if any are actually around. I’m unfortunately I’m between flyways so the hunting isn’t great anymore

    Sounds good.

I'll update the Official Teams List.

    Good luck this season folks!

One more sleep and I'll be hunting fellas. GA kicks off tomorrow and I've got a spot in mind with the wind coming from the east/southeast. There is a drainage that has some good sign coming out of a bedding area headed into a saddle with plenty of chesnut oaks dropping acorns. I set a mock scrape and camera there a couple weeks ago to see if anything was coming into that area from the bedding. Won't know what the camera holds until I head out there in the morning.

Seen 3 big mommas and 4 little ones today. No lone does or bucks. The chestnut oaks were raining down like crazy. It was nice being back in the woods again.

Waiting for October to get here. Think I'm going to have to put up some camo burlap to try to hide from all these eyes.[IMG]

I still have not been. Trying to decide if I want to hunt this buck. Older buck I think I could kill but I had much better back in the summer. Hoping they return. [IMG]
