BTW a brief intro and a bit of info on your season, experience, etc may also be a good ice breaker. I'm Bill, I'll be hunting in NC for whitetail, but also for elk in Colorado (9/12-9/27). I'll be hunting heavily pressured NC public gamelands in Central NC and maybe the mountains. NC deer are generally not huge, but we are allowed multiple deer across archery, muzzleloader and rifle seasons. I will be bowhunting till rifle season (mid Nov). Our season opens 9/12 but I'll be out in CO for the first 2 weeks, so my first sit may be 10/3. I really haven't done any scouting this year, but will likely be hunting parcels I know fairly well.

This is my third year bowhunting and 6th year hunting at all. (Adult onset hunter) I’m 40 and have a 1 year old and another on the way. I’ll hunt public through bow and black powder season here and then switch to a very narrow section of private during general gun season. I’ve yet to shoot a buck with a bow. Hey guys, Adam here, Im from south central PA and will be hunting extremely pressured public land here, also will be hunting some private and public in northern MD. I’m 26 years old and work in the hunting/archery industry at Kinsey’s archery products, there’s a good chance the stuff you get at your local shop was distributed through us! Absolutely love being in the industry, I also just got married this past year so it will be my first married season, hoping to get my first PA archery buck in the 15 years I’ve been hunting I have yet to arrow and recover one. I should be good for atleast a doe and hopefully a decent buck, getting lots of them on camera but everything changes come the season. Checking In!! My name is Dwayne - How Do Brothers! I see we are representing NC really strong! I am strictly a bowhunter! In NC, you can bowhunt all season long on private land. I hunt in the eastern zone of NC. Season starts here 9/12. I have a few good bucks I am chasing this year. One I have been after for 5 years. 170 in buck I call FullHouse. I have multiple properties to hunt here in Eastern, NC I am 51, I am married and I have a son that lives in Maine and he is a welder. Other than that, I video all my hunts and I am looking forward to the upcoming season. My group name suggestion is Antler Assassins

Forgot to mention I have a little NC in me as well went to school in eastern NC at the University of Mount Olive near Goldsboro NC, had some decent luck hunting that area and shot my biggest buck to date here is a picture of him Dwayne not sure if you remember or not but you and I actually met a few years back a Lancaster archery’s bowhunters extravaganza, my dad and I were the first ones in the shop and came right up to get BHOD hats, talked about how we were both on the forums and you actually had a ton of input in me purchasing a used Z7!! Lady Forge checkin in. Hi all, Im Deborah from east central Illinois. Im 56 yr old married mother of 2 grown boys and a previous archery pro shop manager who did a little bit of buying from Kinseys ... small world. I bow hunt only, and Im bow hunting Illinois public land only, this public land has been very nice to me in the past. Ill post some photos of some of my past bucks. I am semi retired for now but I may return to working in a few months, maybe after hunting season. Archery season here in Illinois opens October 1st but the county Im gonna hunt is bucks only for the 1st 2 weeks of October. I used to hunt about 99% from my climber but I had a lot of success ground hunting last year and Im gonna do more of it again this year , its a blast. Last years buck is the 1st photo and few other bucks that I have taken
