Anyone hunt around Camp Lejuene? Know of any hunting clubs around the area. I tried searching the Web to no avail.

Have you tried the hunting areas on camp lejeune? It looks like there's wallace hunting club in hampstead and apex predator outfitter hunting club in Jacksonville.

If your in jville, your not far from me. You should turn Cherry Point. I hear there's better hunting there. What about Croatan National Forrest? You can stay away from the dog hunters by trying back around Great Lake. That area holds some nice deer.

Hey..dont mean to thread jack but I'm active duty navy temporarily recruiting in NC. I'm about two hrs from cherry point. I was hoping I could ask you a question about the process for hunting on base...i believe bragg makes you sit through a class...do you know where to get a schedule if so?

Fort Bragg isn't offering the class due to COVID, but if you look up there Facebook or website it has steps to follow to get a permit without the class.

An old thread but your best bet is to call up the game warden shacks on base. I use the one on lejeune but I am sure there is another one on cherry point that could get you setup.
