My little sister just tested positive along with 85 members of her crew. They actually made the news for it. Luckily she is 28 and healthy so not super dangerous for her. https://www.bellinghamherald.com/news/coronavirus/article243153236.html

The mayor of Little Rock just announced reinstituting a 10pm-5am curfew effective today citing concerns of spreading COVID in large gatherings. This after a day of peaceful protesting on Saturday. And it was announced earlier this afternoon, it was announced that we have almost 7500 confirmed cases state wide with 5401 recovered. This is the first time since back in March when the first case was confirmed that the gap between cases and recovered has been larger than 1200. Now it is almost 2100. I have been saying it for weeks, opening before Memorial Day was a mistake. It created a false sense of security. Now, I predict we will be on stricter lock down by the end of June than we were before.
You are correct, for better or for worse the people will figure this out from themselves. The only question is, when it is finally over and done with, will the body count be so high we consider it a mistake? Or, will it the deaths be considered an acceptable loss by those still around? Only time will answer that question.
I guess that depends if one is pro-life. IMO life lose was going to happen once we blew the response in Jan and Feb. we should have just rolled with it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I agree, but at this point I fear the stupidity of others more so than the actual virus itself. Stupidity is making all of us suffer.
The riots aren't exactly helping matters. Doesn’t appear to be a whole lot of social distancing going on there.
True, but apparently it wasn't a big enough problem to go to the doctor. But idk, the one counties case wasnt even a resident so idk how that came about. Was just announced they had they're first case few weeks ago. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
This is their dinner + breakfast offering on coronovirus quarantine. Pretty sure that they actually harvested that banana back in the pre-coronavirus world. The recycled southwest airline pretzels and burrito made of textured vegetable protein are also nice touches.
People walking around with their masks up under their noses...lol whats the point? Out in parking lot doing my routine each item wipe down before filling bags I get a call out. An older gentleman 74 yrs old, he was chatty. Calls to me from his car. " I'm not nosy but I have to thank you. If everyone was as diligent as you we wouldn't have this virus.. I thanked him but said I don't know about that. Though all said and done I will always clean my groceries. Then showed him my third rag . He yelled out that's just gross!, is it like that everytime? I said yes. Lots of grubby hands touching everything we buy.. Funny, small world, we belong to the same gun club. There are a lot of scared older people out there. They, he and his wife, also became very ill in January when they had had the flu shot back in Nov.. 8 weeks. I sure hope if this doesn't peter out on it's own the vaccine is a hell of a lot better than the flu shots we're using now!
2 can play that game: Coronavirus: Italy's Zangrillo says that "In reality, the virus clinically no longer exists in Italy" https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-coronavirus-italy-virus-idUSKBN2370OQ apologies to Opossum...hope she recovers quickly. 99.5% chance she will.
