Thanks I absolutely can’t wait!! I also got permission on a few small properties here in Pa through some family connections, I am excited to get out and check them out. I need to get out and check my new public land spot I found for this year, the trails are incredible and once the pressure hits the woods they will be stacked up in this area!!

Came across some turkeys and a few rabbits to chase. Plenty of good sign, but no sheds. And no morels either! I’m beginning to think those things are just a myth.

Tag results come out next Friday for Nevada, and we’ve got it marked on the calendar to take the kids out the week after we find out where we are hunting this year

All I can say is wow.... the deer sign on these two properties is ridiculous!!!! The 25 acre property had 5-10 major deer runs, the 13 acre property we kicked a total of 15 different deer out from and the trails were absolutely worn to the dirt... 5 cameras out and 1 is a cell cam, come on September!!! When do you all put cameras back out. I usually do right after turkey season and I'm eager to get mine out.

I've had 3 out for almost a month now. Granted one of them is on a pond log and the other 2 are on salt licks. Can never get them out too early!

I typically run them year round, with the exception of public land during pa firearms season

I finally made it out, got off my fat ass and went out scouting.
Finally made it out, and off of my fat a$$.
I hit up pic #2 today
Shows some promising possiblity' s. Pic #1 I'm not sure where that is in reference to game lands 144. Pic #3 I've hunted before and have seen deer in all 3 areas. I've hunted 2 of the 3 spots before. And real close to the other and have seen deer. Thx Brent one heck of a guide for not stepping a foot on the ground. Damn dud your good. Going back for more later this week. Tomorrow I have to pick up our 3 D course at the sportsmen club. And I'll be back out scouting. It felt good to get out and move.

I didn’t really scout, just checked 3 cams and walked the outside field edges of the back 40. Just a few of the shots I’ve got the last 3 weeks. 2 potential slammers on my main site (could be the same deer, actually) .

Tag results came out this morning. I drew the area that I've harvested my only deer in for August through September. We went to the pro shop and I got a dozen Rampage that I need to fletch and cut. I got a case for my bow and will start shooting every day along with better exercise and diet and spend most of July scouting.
