    Great hunt and story! What did the trip end up costing? My dad and I have talked about doing Newfoundland Moose in a few years.

    A Newfoundland moose hunt in fly in area will run you about 6k to 8k on average. Slightly less for a good drive in area. Caribou is quite a bit more only because of the limited tags.

    Thats for each of us. You can easily spend more or or bit less. Lots of options and good outfitters.
