Changed it up tonight. In the LW climber right outside their bedroom. Hopefully this works. Only one day left in the managed hunt.
I'm 80 yds from where I was last night.
My buddy and I have them surrounded.

2 does and 2 bucks already.
No shot on the does. Bucks were young.

Well guys, I'm back home now. I only brought home one doe and since I process my own I'm kinda happy about that.

I think I'm going to take some time off from hunting and do some bass fishing for a few days.

Missouri alternative weapons/muzzleloader season starts the 28th and I may try to put one down with my 10mm pistol then.

I'll most likely start hunting Arkansas early January.

Good luck to everyone who will be out the next week or so.

Man you've had an awesome season! How much is the non-resident license in Kentucky?

I'm still trying to get back out. Nothing but SW winds in the forecast and not sure if that changes. Absolutely horrible wind.

If it was November I wouldn't care, but being late December deer aren't as carefree as they once were. I'll be out sometime over the next 8 days, have to get my 4 wheeler regardless of wind, sonif I have to sit a bad wind for my final hunt, so be it.

Trying to give myself the best chance if killing on my next sit. Still have 3 tags valid, better winds will eventually get here have just under a month of season left.

Have to get my 4 wheeler back here though so I can get the snow blade on it.

Left my crap in the tree, wish I took it, had a butt load of pics on my other camera, mostly night pics though. I’m debating a ground and pound morning in that spot rather than the tree, only two weekend left, panic mode has set in. I at least need 1 more doe to chew on.

This year it was $335 which gets you four tags.

I spent another $45 for three additional deer permits -2 deer each.

It's foggy here! Headed to hockey. Will be out this afternoon for the last day of the managed hunt.
Good Luck to everyone that's out!

I'm set up in the burbs. Kids have been skipping rocks on a frozen creek 60 yards away for the last half hour. If they're done by 4, I might have a chance of seeing something.

I wear "fancy clothes" walking in, so the neighbors don't suspect anything...
