    Aye. Felling sore from yesterday's workout, so out with the rifle. Sitting on a run I've mapped out and hoping to ambush the buck I've been close to several times... Or a doe... Or two. But it public land so...

    Amazing in in and set 45minutes to an hr before legal and just hearing his pulling in.

    Saw 0 deer on the drive here.

    36 and cloudy. Rain due the next couple days.

    I’m in watching 2 scrapes pulled my card on the way in hot doe came through the 19th with 3 bucks behind her all kinds of activity to bad I was at work good luck all

    36 degrees, patchy fog. Slight W breeze, supposed to switch to SE at 7am which is the wind I need to hunt the stand that I’m headed for this morning. Hopefully the wind cooperates...

    Saw 3 yesterday evening, doe was 2 steps from getting an arrow, dang brush kept the arrow in the rest.
    Back out this morning, nothing yet, didn’t see anything on the drive in or while walking in.

    Congratulations LC - you're making the herd healthier, the farmer happy, while feeding many people.

    I saw 11 this morning, but gotta head out soon to shop with my sister for camo! She's getting into hunting and I'm willing to help her feed the addiction.

    I've been on the stand since 6.15am this morning, pretty slow. These woods are dry so every bird scratching through leaves sounds like a deer, squirrels sound like bison..

    It's 8:45 now.

    I watched a group of does feed on the far side of the field for about an hour.

    Something spooked them and one ran by at about 80 yards but I had no shot.

    It's looking like this will be my only sit this trip with no shot opportunity.

    Exactly. I've gotten quite a few texts from my wife while I was hunting somewhere else letting me know that she was watching deer at home.
