    I had 4 fawns dancing around tonight and offered to shoot one for my uncle who’s been begging for a deer and was 120 yards away from me but he elected to pass

    Okay guys as you know I have the privilege to hunt my back property and the neighbors property so it’s not uncommon to see deer in the back yard that I have seen on stand but after the season I have had not seeing any of my shooters on the hoof the last thing I expected was for one to turn out my back door........well I sh!t you not just yesterday I put out old pumpkins my mom used for decoration just to see what would show up and well IMG_1875.JPG JR was in the back munching away not 10 minutes ago! The thing is a beast! I have to say easily 250 on the hoof and probably 140 up top so with 3 weeks to go I’m not stopping yet!

    Don’t worry Benny I feel your pain! 100% I got multiple videos of skinny walking by my stand while I was at work....and I working less then 500 yards away from my stand site..

    Well, the oncologist informed us that my dad has a slow growing cancerous growth that originates from his stomach or stomach are. I don’t know lots of details yet. He will be going to UW-Madison to have it removed hopefully this week. I am not sure if it will require radiation or chemo. I’ve been terrified and it’s been a rough couple days at work for me just thinking about the horror stories I have from my past experiences of cancer in the family.

    The term cancer is brutal. I hope he gets excellent care and recovers quickly. Keep us updated.
